Services at Nurturing Paws Haven are intentionally limited and request-based. Everything we offer is built around calm care, safety, and individualized attention.
We are designed as a quiet, private boarding retreat — not a high-volume daycare. Dogs from different households are not placed together in group play.
To protect a calm environment, Nurturing Paws Haven maintains a maximum capacity of four (4) Bookings total at any time. Day Boarding dogs take a kennel spot just like overnight guests.
All drop-offs and pick-ups are by scheduled appointment only. This helps reduce stress, keeps transitions calm, and protects consistent routines.
Overnight boarding at Nurturing Paws Haven is calm, structured, and intentionally limited. With a small number of dogs in care, we can maintain predictable routines and focused supervision.
Dogs rest in clean, secure kennel spaces with artificial turf flooring that allows for comfort and sanitation. Kennel spaces are cleaned and refreshed regularly.
Feeding schedules and routine care are followed based on owner-provided information. Because we are a low-stimulation environment, dogs remain in their individual kennel spaces unless their kennel is being cleaned or the owner has selected add-on services.
Drop-off and pick-up times are scheduled in advance and honored carefully. Clear scheduling helps preserve routine, reduces stress, and supports the wellbeing of all dogs in our care.
(Photos of our boarding spaces will be added here as we continue to build.)
Day Boarding follows the same calm, structured approach as overnight boarding — without the overnight stay. Your dog will go home at the end of the day.
Day Boarding Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Drop-off and pick-up are by scheduled appointment only.
Day Boarding is best for dogs who do well in a quiet environment and benefit from a predictable routine, without the chaos of large playgroups.
If you need a later pick-up, it must be scheduled and approved in advance. Approved late pick-ups may be scheduled up to 10:00 PM.
Pre-approved late pick-up fee (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $15
Add-ons are optional and must be selected/requested in advance. This helps ensure clear owner consent, safe handling, and a calm experience for every dog.
One-on-one enrichment tailored to your dog (sniff work, puzzle time, calm interaction, confidence-building activities). Great for dogs who benefit from extra stimulation in a controlled way.
One-on-one training during your dog’s stay. Sessions focus on basic skills, manners, confidence-building, and calm behavior — depending on your goals and your dog’s needs.
We can administer owner-provided medications and supplements (with clear written instructions). Please disclose all medications at booking and check-in.
Basic nail trim add-on. This service must be approved in advance and may depend on your dog’s comfort level.
A holiday rate applies during major holidays due to limited availability and increased demand.
For clients who need it, Nurturing Paws Haven offers scheduled transportation between your home and the kennel. Transportation must be scheduled and approved in advance and is subject to availability.
For safety during travel, dogs are transported in a secure kennel inside the vehicle. Owners may provide a crate. If one is not provided, dogs will ride in a RuffLand kennel supplied by Nurturing Paws Haven.
0–10 miles: $15 each way
10–20 miles: $25 each way
Beyond 20 miles: Transportation may be available with an additional distance fee.
Nurturing Paws Haven is intentionally starting small. This allows us to establish strong routines, refine our care standards, and build thoughtfully rather than quickly.
As we grow, we plan to expand in ways that continue to support calm, individualized care — including enhanced boarding spaces and additional enrichment options introduced carefully over time.
