By appointment only. All services, visits, and future stays must be requested and approved to help ensure the best fit for every dog and to protect a calm, low-stress environment.

What We Offer

Available Now

Select pet care support services may be available now on a limited, request-based basis, depending on scheduling, location, and fit.

Planned Services

Overnight boarding, day boarding, add-on services, transportation, and additional care options are part of our planned growth and may be labeled as coming soon.

Small Shop Items

We also plan to offer limited handmade and small-batch items such as tie-dye shirts, bracelets, dog bandanas, and future branded merchandise.

Policy Highlights

Request → Review → Approved

All bookings and services must be requested and approved. Nothing is confirmed until approval is given.

No Group Play

We do not offer open group play between unfamiliar dogs. Household dogs may be approved together when appropriate.

Vaccination Requirements

Rabies is required where applicable. Additional vaccines and preventives may be required or strongly recommended depending on the service.

Future Boarding Deposit Policy

For planned boarding and day boarding services, a 20% non-refundable deposit is expected to be required to reserve a booking once those services officially launch.

Limited Capacity

We intentionally plan to limit the number of households in our care at one time to help maintain safety, supervision, and a calm environment.

By Appointment Only

All drop-offs, pick-ups, visits, and service times are scheduled in advance to support routine, reduce stress, and protect smooth transitions.

Honest Disclosure Required

Owners must disclose health conditions, medications, anxiety, reactivity, or bite history so care can be adjusted appropriately and responsibly.

Safety-Based Decisions

We reserve the right to adjust handling, housing, scheduling, or services — including requiring early pickup for future boarding services — if safety or welfare concerns arise.

Emergency Preparedness

Emergency and disaster planning are part of our long-term care standards, including veterinary support and evacuation procedures when needed.
